Aiden HVAC Supply

Came here a few months ago to select a heating and cooling system for my house, I had no idea what was needed there, they found out exactly the size of units and zones and I only provided them a simple layout drawing of my house, and they gave me multiple options for different brands. As per installation, they recommended us a lot of licensed contractors for installation. I’m stating that because I also saw the previous reviews on goodle and noticed some negative reviews about installation, they don’t install, they’re a supply store. I selected Mitsubishi for my house, and everything in running great, very happy of my experience in here.

Very disappointed. I really try not to write negative reviews because everyone makes mistakes but unfortunately we gave this company not just one opportunity to help us, but THREE opportunities and each time the mistakes were bigger and caused major issues in our home. We have paid thousands of dollars on 3 separate occasions just to then have new issues. We were promised a one year warranty when we got our most recent repair 2 months ago and when something broke I called them back and they said to me “yeah no problem we will be there tomorrow”… unfortunately they never showed up. I called them again a few days later and they said “sorry we have been busy, we will come by in 2 days” and guess what? They never showed up. They ignored my text messages and calls.
