She was quick and efficient at reaching out to our service tech and touching base with me as soon as she knew when we could be serviced. Alex was our service tech. He had already come this morning for a separate matter. However, he took the time he had available to come back out the same day and treat the issue. Alex is always friendly, efficient, and his work is effective. We truly appreciate his work ethic and character.

Called Aiken Pest Control and spoke with Kayla. She was very helpful and explained all the services that I wanted to know about and answered all my questions. She was thorough and very polite. This week the different techs came out to perform the service I wanted and all three were professional, polite and thorough. Chris, Scott and Gene were all as awesome as Kayla.
