Christy came to my home to check my carpet as I thought I may have mold coming up through my padding . She inspected the carpet and we realized that it was not mold. She explained the process and gave an educated answer that made me feel at ease. She did inspect other areas that people have issues with and we did discover a few minor issues with the AC unit . She gave her recommendations and again, made me feel at ease. I will definitely be using Christy for any mold and/or flood restoration needs in the future. Very knowledgeable and honest!
