These folks really know generators. I hired them to install a 14kW standby natural gas set for my home, and the entire job was completed in a single day. The installation was neat, professional, and looks great. While my project was a residential standby generator, they’re capable of handling much larger systems and even providing large-scale disaster recovery power. They also offer a full range of residential electrical services. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We purchased a Generac 18kw standby from Ainsworth Electric roughly 3 years ago and had a few minor issues that were resolved pretty quick by Ainsworth. I did buy this unit because it came with a 10 year warranty including parts and labor which gives you peace of mind. Nichole at Ainsworth is always friendly and helpful and the Technician is spot on with his work and knowledge. If you are looking for a standby Generator I would call them and get a quote. We have our yearly maintenance visits through Ainsworth. Nicole, in generators, is kind and always helpful ! It's a comfort to have them come out once a year to avoid any potential problems. Jay came out to do our maintenance visit today, and walked me through the process of setting up my weekly 'test' time preference.
