Amazing company and service. I needed some plumbing work in my laundry room. They responded to my request within a day and had me on the schedule next day. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. The plumber they sent, Brooklyn, she did a fantastic job and was amazingly accommodating to the delivery people that showed up while she was working. Couldn't recommend this company more! Will definitely be using them for additional work in the future.

Our furnace went out, out of nowhere - and Vincent's was available and ready to send someone to check it out SAME-DAY (on a Saturday) because they are OPEN on Saturdays - no overtime/after hours fee! Sensibly they charge a visit fee - but generously, they wipe it out if any repairs/services are needed. The tech who came to our home was very friendly, professional and explained our options to us very well. Fantastic company and am using them for service & maintenance agreements on our equipment now, to keep on top of it - something our previous contractor never suggested or offered!

I am super happy with the service Vincent's gave us. We had a very old boiler system for heat in our house and, they came out and was able to walk us through the options we had. We decided to get a new boiler furnace through them as it would be cheaper in the long run and the crew that came out was extremely professional and worked fast but efficiently. They were able to get everything installed and now I will have working heat in my home

We have had an Enhanced Service Plan with Vincent's for several years and have been very happy with the promptness of service. We called Vincent's with a water hammer issue. There is, unfortunately, no practical way to access the pipes causing the problem. Brandon, our technician installed arrestors, replaced angle stop packings, and supply lines. This did not immediately fix the problem, but we are going to see if it will self-correct over time. Brandon is a very knowledgeable technician with a knack of explaining problems and possible solutions very well. He is extremely courteous and was patient with my many questions. I give him five stars! His assistant, Lathan, was also very courteous and helpful. I would also like to mention that the office staff are always prompt and helpful.

Brandon Peltier for Vincent's Heating and Plumbing came out today to perform water heater and plumbing maintenance at my condo as part of their Enhanced Service Plan. The office called ahead to let me know he was coming, and he was polite and friendly when he got here. He walked me through the maintenance procedures as he performed them and was obviously knowledgeable. I had a couple non-standard but somewhat related questions that he was happy to answer as well. All in all, I would definitely recommend Vincent's Heating and Plumbing.
