Joe came out with his team to clean the carpets in my new home. They did an excellent job and made sure to be very detailed in their work. They also got in the closets and the small spaces which I appreciate so much. They also got out all previous stains! I will definitely be using this company in the future again! Another great thing was with it being the winter season Joe left some of his blowers to ensure the carpet were fully dried! This company takes pride in their work and you will not regret using them!! I couldn’t have picked a better company to do my carpet in our house we just bought. I wanted all the floors professionally cleaned before we moved in. Joe is passionate in his great quality of work he does because it shows. And it turned out so well. He squeezed us in to come back a couple days later and do the rest of our floors which consisted of hardwood and ceramic tile. He did a very great job, and I highly recommend him and will be a repeat customer. And best of all he’s right down the road from me. Glad I reached out to this company. Black river steam restoration is the best carpet, tile and upholstery company ever. My husband and I purchased our first home and needed the tile cleaned after we had our house painted. Joe really did awesome job. He really put a lot of hard work into the job and is very thorough. I will definitely be calling again in the spring. Thank you joe.

Joe steam cleaned the original carpets in our mobile home and they out looking like brand new. For reference, the carpet is 38 years old. Because we had some heavier furniture, we weren't able to clear out the rooms completely. Joe didn't let that stop him... he just did them in 2 sections and didn't charge us extra. Would highly recommend him!!!

Joe cleaned our carpet/stairs on Saturday. Even though, visibly, they weren't that dirty, he took his time and worked until late afternoon. He responded to my messages in a very timely manner and let me know when he was on his way. And the carpets look wonderful! I love supporting local companies. Will use him again next year!
