Air 1 Heating & Cooling

Replaced a 25 year old A/C system in a day which was done in a neat and professinal manner. Very pleased with the installation and customer service. Air handler blower failed in 4 years (common problem) and part was covered under manufacturers warranty. Air 1 stepped up, got the blower and replaced quickly and performed maintenance at the same time. I highly recommend Air 1 as they are knowledgeable, professinal and local.

Great service from Air 1! My AC went out today (7/30) and I called for service in the early AM and while they were already fully booked for the day, they told me they would call if anything opened up - they called a little after 12:30 with an immediate opening and arrived about 20 mins later and did the repair. Excellent service and communication and very much appreciated!

We’ve used Air One for servicing our central air conditioning for several years and have been very happy with their service. It’s very easy to schedule appointments, they are very responsive and I have found every technician they’ve sent to be very professional and pleasant. This year we had Marcos do the service and he was a total professional.

So disappointed as Air 1 (and the owner - Will) were wonderful when we first started using them. We have had yearly maintenance contracts since 2019. Sadly, they do not offer the kind and attentive service they once gave. In fact, my interaction with one of the representatives today was downright hostile and I severed all ties with Air 1. I can no longer recommend them. Customers seem to just be a number and service crews are interchangeable - no consistency.

Mr. Diaz was fantastic. He explained everything wonderfully and was a pleasure to meet.
