Air America responded that same afternoon and diagnosed the problem. Shortly after 8 AM the following morning, they called with a price to replace the air handler fan. Ultimately, we elected to replace the 19-year-old system. Megan was extremely helpful and answered every question we had about the system that they were proposing to install. Anthony serviced my AC UNIT and diagnosed the fan motor bearings was causing the noise. He got me a quote on 2/2/26 and on 2/3/26 Megan from Cool America called to set up the appointment.
