AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! So happy to be connected with Sheffield's Water Well Services - referral from my neighbor that utilized their services for Water Softner Installation. Called the office and they came out for service call same day - went above and beyond answering my questions and explaining the filtration system and that all this while we were misguided (by other company) and using the wrong filter! Replaced with proper filter and checked our set up and all clear! Very informative and Highly recommend them for any Well Service needs! Will contact when we need to replace our Softner and utilize their services!

5+ Stars!! So glad we went with Sheffield’s Water Well Services! Great family owned business. Very professional. Very fair price. Originally asked to do an assessment of the current well, found it to be contaminated, so they gave us multiple options. Once we decided on a course of action, they were very quick to respond in scheduling a new well. They returned within a week and we watched as they drilled our new well 67 feet and hit good water. But since the pressure was not up to their high standard, they drilled another 10 feet until they were happy with the water quality and pressure. They were very informative with our many questions during the entire process. Very efficient, very professional. Extremely satisfied with the end result! We would recommend Sheffield’s Well Services highly!

We highly recommend allowing this company to provide their services to whomever is in need! Even though they couldn't make it out as soon as we had hoped, they were sure to give advice and tips over the phone in the mean time, making the wait bearable. They were honest and so very kind.

These guys took care of my well quickly and expertly. They replaced a bunch of old and failing parts, serviced everything, and found and sealed where the carpenter ants were invading our tank! Everything works great and, perhaps best of all, no more ant carcasses in our water!! Would highly recommend for any well needs.

Jackson came out to our home and did a wonderful job! We have more pressure in our house then we’ve ever had and our water tastes amazing! This company is superb! Timing was great and quality is amazing! Highly recommend!
