The tech kept me informed and arrived at the time requested. He did a thorough job, I requested that he inspect the entire unit and did a great job documenting everything. For me, these guys have always done a great job with a fair price. Occasionally I have had something happen where there's a short notice and Air-Art has done their best to resolve the issue.

From the first phonecall, to the last inspection, this company was absolutely the best. They are friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable and it was a pleasure and a relief to have them install our new heating system. I had gotten 4 estimates for a new system. Two were outrageous and two were reasonable, including Air-Art, but they beat out the last competitor with a much more efficient system. We have had many workers in our home and I was dreading this whole process, but they took care of everything, kept me informed and all was done quickly and smoothly. Wonderful company!!

This is the second time that I requested help from Air Air in the past 4 months. Fortunately the same technician arrived who was familiar with the heating system. Neil Wechselberger who is the best heat & Air tech I have ever met. He explained in layman’s terms what needed to be fixed. Over the years I have had other heat & air businesses tell me I need a new system; Should go solar ect. Neil fixed the problem. I know when the day comes to replace I will not choose any other business then Art Air. Thank you for exc Ed lent service & integrity!

The HVAC technician, Cory, was very friendly & knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was being tested & why. The adjustment he made fixed my furnace, where another company suggested a replacement. Being the 2nd opinion experts is a massive understatement. Thank you Air-Art!

I can’t describe how happy I am that I found AirArt! So organized, efficient and effective! My system went down and they came the day after I called in the hot summer demand and they go over and above for the service too! Lisa is very responsive and friendly and my tech Corey, diagnosed and repaired my defunct capacitor quickly. The price was fair and reasonable and I’m happy to give my money to this company.
