Air Blue Heating and Cooling

Called on Monday regarding water leaking from a two year old furnace. Chris came out same day and correctly diagnosed the collector box was leaking. Replaced the part under warranty and stopped the leaking before damage could be done to the furnace. This is after another company couldn’t fix it after 3 prior attempts. Chris was very knowledgable and clearly knew high efficiency furnaces. It is a relief having a top Carrier Dealer so close by in Algonquin. I even signed up for the annual maintenance program with them.

Very responsive. Despite being extremely busy Sam did a great job of getting us scheduled and getting multiple jobs taken care of. Michael K may be the most knowledgeable HVAC expert I’ve ever met and was super thorough, educational and also just a really nice guy. Next time we have a need we will call Sam and ask Michael.

Omar was my serviceman today. Did an excellent job with the tune up and explaining any questions. I ended up replacing my AC, Furnace, and water heater. Everyone who worked on the install was very friendly and professional. A very good experience overall. Thanks for the great work!

Michael came out to do a thorough review of the situation and took time to explain everything they proposed be done. Andre then came out to be sure they were being fair in the proposal they had made.
