Best AC service we have used. After diagnosing our issue Steve provided us with options. In the end, we decided to replace the unit. Steve's prices are more than competitive and there was no pressure to make a decision one way or the other. Steve was meticulous in his attention to detail, ensuring the work was completed properly and in a timely manner. He even fixed mistakes with the ducting made by the previous contractor. We couldn't be more pleased and will continue to use Steve for our AC needs. We highly recommend Air by Steve.

Best A/C specialist I have ever had!! I have used big companies and small companies for my personal and rental properties. Steve was very personable, professional and thorough. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was running correctly before he left. A couple hours after the repairs he followed up with another check to make sure everything was running correctly. If I had to guess, I would say he was at least 20% cheaper then anyone else I have had to do similar work..I definitely recommend Steve for all your heating and air conditioning needs!! BTW I never write reviews, but I felt he did such a great job, I should do my part and write a good review.!!

I have used Air by Steve twice. Once for commercial and once for my own home. Both times, Steve was professional and precise. He explained what needed to be replaced and promptly provided very reasonable prices for parts and labor. Work was completed in a timely manner and was top notch. I have personally recommended Air by Steve to multiple people since and all have had the same professional service that I received and like me, where very pleased.

I was having problems with my a/c, Steve came out took a look at what was going on and gave a couple different options on what to do. We decided to replace the entire system and when it was time to do so, Steve was very quick and professional. During the installation it was very good to see the pride he took in his work. Making sure every detail was was taken care of and nothing was missed. I’m very happy with the work and craftsmanship. Steve takes the time to throughly check your system, diagnose and explain everything he is doing. Other companies charged me a high monthly fee and additional costs while Steve gave a reasonable quote. He stayed after the service to make sure it was properly running and checked in later. I would highly recommend Air by Steve! He answers calls quickly.
