Air Care

Air Care installed an HVAC system for me a few months ago. It recently needed some warranty work and every person I happened to speak with was eager to help, prompt to respond, and true to their promise. From Brian, who I first called, to Lauren, who quickly responded to his follow-up, to Ronda who confirmed with me that the service was completed within a day of my request and, finally, to the outstanding tech who completed the work. Superb! That’s how you run a business.

I have used Air Care multiple times. My experience has been excellent. They are responsive, thorough and clean. Their due diligence is part of their process, whether installing new equipment or analyzing systems in place. They don’t oversell or overpromise. Service is a priority from the top down. I would highly recommend them.

The best HVAC contracting company that I’ve ever had to deal with. 80% of the companies in this industry don’t want you bother with your job or even listen to you. Air Care is a cut above the rest. Honest and trustworthy. They’ve always been reliable and honest in my dealings with them. I own properties in other parts of NJ and the majority of the other HVAC companies (that I’ve had to deal with) are a bunch of pathetic losers. Not Air Care! A # 1 hands down.

Being it was the hottest days of the year ( so far) I was desperately waiting for a repair. It was very understandable that they were backed up and when the tech did come he was awesome and fixed my AC quickly. He was polite, extremely knowledgeable, explained everything to me. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I highly recommend AirCare. Ray the tech is a pleasure to deal with. Honest and very reasonable. Rhonda and Lauren in the office were also very pleasant Thank you !!! I am thrilled!!!!!!

My thermostat was not working erratically. I knew something wasn’t right. Ryan, the technician, agreed & suggested we buy a new one which we did. Ryan was professional, explaining everything he was doing & teChing me how to program the new device.
