I just had Bridge plumbing in my home to replace a couple of water valves. As in the past, Rich and his helper were polite, efficient and effective. I had previously hired Bridge plumbing to replace faucets, install a basement utility sink with an up pump, and repair some sink drains. Each time I have been very happy with the service received. Suddenly, Bridge has changed its business practices after working on my properties for a decade. I had an urgent need for a water heater replacement at a rental property. Bridge came to estimate the repair, gave me a figure and a date 2 WEEKS LATER that I agreed to. ON THE DAY of the scheduled repair, I contacted them to confirm the work and was told they can't do the work and to call someone else. Take Bridge's advice and call someone else.
