The Air Clinic technician came and was very professional. From the moment he introduced himself to finding out where my AC unit was as well as where my blower in the attic. He gave me the run down of what he was looking for and upon finding anything he recommended things that needed to be addressed. He was even able to spend a little time giving me tips on what I would need t look for if issues with my unit arose, ie. Needing to clean off bio-bacteria. My service was just an annual maintenance check, so it didn’t cost me much. Plus it was through Lowes. I highly recommend Air Clinic for HVAC solutions.

Appointment for standard service call and he addressed issues outside the typical scope of a service call. I purchased the air scrubber system the same day, and the air quality of my home was markedly noticeable before he even left my house (said it could be up to a month before I really noticed an improvement). Mikhail was trustworthy, kind, and knowledgeable. I am really happy. Really really happy.

Steve was knowledgeable, he made sure I knew what he was doing and gave me prices along the way. He didn’t pressure me into a sale. Great service. I would use them again.
