Jason is such an excellent technician. He was incredibly knowledgeable and showed me exactly what he was doing and what I needed to do to keep my furnace in good working condition. He was personable and friendly and I would not hesitate to call this company anytime I need help. I’ve used Northeast many times, and find them excellent every time. I enjoyed Jason’s honest demeanor and had absolute faith in his work!

Absolutely the best service! Jason Goldstein was Amazing extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me and also went the extra mile to clean around and in the ac unit at no extra charge! I have always used North East for my air conditioning needs and when this leak happened I called them to come fix it. They arrived on time, the technician was nice as they all are and the work was done efficiently. I'm very happy and will definitely recommend them for plumbing services as well.

Excellent Service. Ralph Flores gives excellent customer service.I worked in customer service field for over 30 years. I know when I receive Excellent Service . I believe I should let their Supervisor should be told. The Supervisor should let the employee know that they are aware of the employee received an excellent review.I think the Supervisor should appericate them for doing their job so well, and with Excellent Service.
