I called Air Comfort at 8:30 AM on Columbus Day weekend, and the owner, Eddy, got here at 11:00 AM. After being introduced to a mess of wires, he went out to get a part, which you can agree, is very difficult on a holiday weekend. When he returned, he had the system fixed within minutes. We replaced our old furnace last week, and the whole job went so smoothly. The crew from Air Comfort and Refrigeration Services arrived early and got right to work. Our thermostat stopped working properly, so I called for help. The technician showed up with a new smart thermostat and installed it quickly. He explained how to use it from my phone and made sure it connected to Wi-Fi. I like being able to control the temperature even when I’m not home.

I didn’t realize how bad our dryer vent was until the tech showed me all the lint he pulled out. He said it could’ve caused a fire if we’d waited longer. The dryer works much faster now, and clothes dry in one cycle. He was friendly and worked fast but not rushed.
