Air Comfort

Very professional, got me in quickly, had best bid in town, left my home clean, worked on the hottest day we had so far, and yet never complained, in and out in about three short hours with a FULL NEW install of an AC in June of 2025. Can't recommend them enough!! Give them a call, you won't regret it!!

They were able to fit us in the same day we called! They quickly determined that our furnace needed a new board and got it ordered. As soon as the board arrived at their office they were out at our house to install it. Other companies said the next time they were available was a day after Air Comfort has everything fixed. On top of it being quick and easy, the price was lower than expected. Very happy! Will use them again the next time we need help.

What can I say? Kelly and his company continue to go all out for the customer. Our AC went out. We were going to be days before a new unit could come in and I was working on alternatives for our comfort - friends, family, etc... the hottest weekend of the year was upon us. I came home and Kelly is leaving my house. He found a spare part around the shop, installed it. Checked to make sure it was functioning properly and was off to work on the bid for the new one. He didn’t have to, I was ok with waiting, he was not. Great guy! Great service! These are the types of local companies I love to work with. Thanks Kelly!

We purchased a Fujitsu unit from Kelly at Air Comfort for our son's attic room. The unit had a faulty coil and was only marginally functional from the start. Air Comfort came out two or three times to try and fix it and for a while it seemed to work. This winter when it got cold it stopped functioning altogether, so we called them. We had many service calls, each with a technician who was unable to fix the problem. Eventually they diagnosed it as a faulty unit and removed it. All told, the unit was out of commission from October through January, each time with an explanation that the part hadn't arrived. Finally it was replaced and fixed, though the technicians did not replace the shelter we'd built to protect the unit from ice falling from the eaves. Weren't we surprised when we got a 60

June of last year had air comfort, install a furnace and air conditioning unit and some duct work. This home is a renovation project. When the first cold spell happened in November, I went to turn on the furnace and nothing. Air comfort had not hooked it up. I had to put space heaters in the basement to keep the pipes from freezing. It took them three days to get out there and correct this. Now we are at the end of the renovation. I have installers, putting in carpet and other flooring and they tried to turn on the AC and nothing. they did not hook that up either. They sent out a tech he confirmed it was not wired to the box. The electrical box is right there for the AC. He said he can't wire it that's not what he does. So essentially their position is this "we're going to sell you a furna
