Dishonest, Irresponsible, and Incapable I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Air Comfort Service Group. I signed a contract for HVAC maintenance, which included cleaning the drain pans twice a year. However, two of my AC units leaked due to clogged drains (just after two months of my maintenance), causing leak damage to my apartment and the unit below. When I called to report the issue, the representative mocked my concerns, refused to assist me, snickered, and hung up the call when I asked for her name. This behavior is completely irresponsible and shows a lack of basic customer service. I contacted the company in hopes of resolving this directly, but their response was dismissive and dishonest.
