UPDATE: I have learned that the individual who damaged my building floor is thankfully no longer employed here. After my earlier review, the customer service team Clark reached out and fully compensated me for the problem. I now give this place 5 stars for following up and making the situation right! OLD REVIEW: Last spring I reached out to Vlad to help install two in-wall AC units in my apartment. They connected me to an AC tech named Andrey. He successfully installed the two new ACs. But when we were taking the old units to my building's trash area he decided to drag them on the floor by the cord, resulting in large scratches to my building's tile floor. The building fined me half the cost of the installation! And he has not refunded me the fine amount for almost a year.

I called Vlad on a hot day while my 8 year old mini-split at my cafe needed replacing. Vlad quickly sent me a fair quote including a fair warranty. I accepted and he was able to drop off the equipment, meet with me on site to discuss the work and he got the installers on site within a few days. (FWIW the other contractors would take weeks to just get me a quote. Not ideal when it's 90+ degrees) Vlad always answers his phone and is responsive. This is quite rare in that business. The installers completed their work over a weekend having to remove the old units, re-rout the condensate drain piping and extend the existing refrigeration lines. Vlad came to examine the scope of my project and promptly provided me with a quote. Ultimately, his quote was most competitive, and I proceeded to sign a contract. They sent Dmitry here to install my Window AC and support bracket. He came promptly on time, brought all of his own tools, and didn’t require any assistance lifting my 120lb unit. Very professional, fast service from a nice guy. In and out in 15 minutes, and reasonable pricing. Accepted Venmo which is super convenient. Highly recommended!
