Air Conditioning and Heating

I was extremely pleased with Kelvin’s Air Conditioning. We called Mr. Kelvin because our heat stopped working and he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me going through several things to check and do before he had to send someone trying to save us a service call. We ended up having a tech come out, he was professional and resolved our problem quickly. He did have to go get a part, but returned promptly and had us up and going. Our bill was minimal, much less than I thought it would be. I myself am an electrical contractor and would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to someone else.

Mr. Kelvin was a wonderful!! He was at our house within a few hours of our call and had the AC running like new within 15 minutes of being here. A life saver on a humid 90 degree day! Amazing prices, fast service, very friendly and knowledgeable! He even took time to give me some advice on my struggling garden :)

First impression for urgent matter was very positive, he seemed willing to address, but could not get to it until after 1p. We spoke at 7a. With rental guests arriving at 2p, wife who was at rental home, while I was out of town 3 hours away, found another service company that could be there by 8:30 a.m. When I learned of the other service co and advised Kelvin at 8:15, he got serious smart*** attitude. Appreciated his willingness to help, but certainly would not call again.

MR Kelvin He is sharp A/C Men and honest, I called him up to get a price on a new unit. He came out! ["I was told by two other A/C Company that I needed a new system!"] He asked me what was wrong with the A/C? I told him it was broken and was told by a friend it needed to be replace. He asked if he could look at it? I do not know what he did! He had me up and running in 5 minutes. He had the parts on his truck. He was inexpensive. He saved me from getting ripped off! I had used one of the other company for numerous years, Well I have a new A/C Guy one I can trust! And His replacement price was $1400 less than one man and $2100 less than my old A/C man. Mr Kelvin is one A/C man you can trust. one thing he talks a lot!

Charged me 365$ to clean my a.c. unit then narrowed my bbq brush to do it, and part of that charge was him coming back a second day as he didn't have the stuff with him to do the job... Still wasn't clean. Had another a.c. company come out and actually remove the unit and cleaned it PROPERLY. Once done I never had a problem again, had it been done the first time right I would not have had to pay 2x! Do not have him come to your home.
