They go above and beyond the call of duty. He worked until 11 PM last night at my house to make sure we had water. A very caring person and excellent plumber. Thank you Richard.

I texted early Tuesday and asked if they could come over and rebook up my kitchen sink that we had new countertops installed, I was hoping they could come over that afternoon. They texted back they were on a job and would see later if that was possible. In the meantime the company that did my kitchen originally had to come and fix some broken backsplash so they hooked up the sink. So I texted RjRogers what had transpired and there response was “ I hope it leaks”

My well pump went out and on Tuesday. By Thursday, I had a new one installed with Richard and Andre's help. They took the call despite it being a home warranty call which I know service providers hate because HW companies are so difficult to work with. I appreciate their quick service and working with me on this issue.

Excellent service! Called due to my kitchen sink leaking..this gentleman was at my house within a few hours and fixed it shortly after..Never thought I’d receive or (even asked for) same day service! Very pleased!

Best call I could've made. Richard came out on a Sunday for a massively clogged main line and charged us a quarter of what a huge company who is open 24/7 would have charged. He was polite, friendly, to the point, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. He even let my 3 year old ask questions and watch what he was doing.
