Air Conditioning & Heating and HVAC Duct Cleaning Service

I'm happy I selected the Air Conditioning & Heating and HVAC Duct Cleaning Service firm to clean my air duct. When David first arrived at my property, he thoroughly inspected the dryer vent and showed me exactly what needed to be done. He was kind and competent. Following the examination, he cleaned the dryer vent and made some small repair recommendations. My ducts and vents have been expertly cleaned by him, and the air feels cleaner throughout the house. I was certain that everything was done correctly because David took the time to fully explain each step. Air Conditioning & Heating and HVAC Duct Cleaning Service does great service, and I highly suggest them.

The cleaning was fine and the service was okay. There was the standard attempt to sell their package and $500 for a blue light that actually costs $65, but what bothered me was that the tech didn't tell me it could be cheaper with cash and that there was a 4% surplus to pay with any card until it was literally time to pay. He also didn't specify that the 1 extra service I did agree to was $200 on top of the level 1 cleaning so we were surprised by the total as well. The company could benefit from some transparency in pricing and payment options. Zelle didn't work either because they're listed as a small business and I have mine linked with a debit card.

We were looking for someone to power wash our home. I made several phone calls for estimates and Joe returned my call immediately. He was $100 cheaper than the lowest estimate we received and he included more. They did everything the day they said they would, the gentleman who came out to power wash was very professional and thorough. They did a great job and was an easy, pleasant, professional experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend!!

Its a scam, the service is bad, very disappointed. Initially they agreed to Clean all Vents including, Return Vents Cleaning. They only cleaned the Vents and vacuumed with DeWalt portable vacuum machine which is very less effective. It is not a professional service. Surprising thing is, they didn't went near the HVAC machine at all. They didn't suck the air from HVAC machine, instead they left all the air through ducts and then just vacuumed the Vent holes only 1 feet. This is not a professional service and the process they follow impacts the HVAC. They promise a lot in phone but not a professional service.

Great price and great service. Joe is a great guy and really cares about getting the job done for you and goes out of his way to make sure it's done right. Great power washing company.
