Had an issue with my defrost control board on my heat pump. Called on late Friday and was able to get a service call scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed for a very reasonable fee. Can definitely recommend.

Very happy customer!! Air Craftsman HVAC was wonderful from start to finish. My elderly parents thermostat was only pushing out cold air, and they needed help ASAP. Corey sent his technician out within an hour of my call, and Chris was able to reprogram the thermostat to a toasty 72 degrees, and explained when the refrigerant and heat pump kicked in. I’m so grateful that Air Craftsman HVAC solved my parents heating problems so quickly and at a very reasonable price!

Cory and his crew were amazing from the beginning of the job to the end. They came when they said, they were always neat , clean and easy to work with. I needed someone to come look at a wall heating unit. Although Chris said they don’t really need maintenance, he helpfully came out to look at it, make sure the lines were in good repair and that it started up correctly. He was very professional and I will be calling him back to service another, full unit.

Chris was wonderful to work with! He is very familiar with Heat Pumps. I was not having an issue with my heat pump (that I knew of) but wanted routine maintenance done on it as I recently purchased house. Chris told me the wire to activate the heat strips had not been connected when it was installed by Gilmore (in 2012!) and that is why the system blew cold air before heating the house. Surprise! He also found the refrigerant to be low and added 3 pounds to bring to back to factory specifications. The house ifs definitely warmer tonight! Thank you Chris!!
