Encore Heating and Air

I am so grateful for both Hagen and John who came out to inspect and service my HVAC and plumbing. They both explained everything to me so I understand how things work, and they didn’t try to sell me anything I don’t need. It is so comforting to know that my home is being properly maintained and also that they will be there for me in the future if needed. They are both polite, honest, knowledgeable, and good people I feel I can trust!

Hagen is great. One of the most helpful HVAC techs I have ever experienced. I was sitting in for my daughter who was not available for the appt. After that experience I will definitely be using Encore and Hagen in the future.

Encore Heating and Air installed a heating system in my home in late 2025. They did a great job and we were happy with their work. Unfortunately, they apparently have lost their license/and or liability insurance and failed to notify customers directly. They will not return calls or texts from any number listed for them, and simply closed their doors. We were contacted by one of their former employees who has obtained his own contractor's license and is soliciting business from a list of Encore's clients. We are supposed to have a 10 year warranty on our new system, and a planned service agreement for one year. Shameful that we had to hear this from an ex-employee and not Encore!

Highly recommend this company! Very friendly family owned. Hagen was super nice and knowledgeable. Did not try to upsell me on something owe don’t need. He solved our issue without having to spend a lot of money.

I had a 3 hours window booked for my repairs. Mike showed up right on time and was done with both services in less than 1 hour, that amounts to a labor rate of over $600 per hours...might be time for me to find an alternative for my repairs...makes me wonder if I really needed to do any repairs... I communicated my disappointment with them and got no response at all!
