Air Design

Air Design installed 3 mini splits in my home. They have had to come out 4-5 times since because the units werent working properly, once was the owner Brad himself, each time to the tune of $300-400 minimum. During the most recent service call I discussed with Air Design about having at least one of the units replaced under warranty. On top of the service call charges, they wanted "$350", plus shipping costs, for the unit. Even though it was under full warranty with Fujitsu. And I had to pay shipping to return the bad unit also. That was when I decided to take matters into my own hands. I found out how to read the error codes on the units, something that only one tech did in all of the visits, and was able to determine the problem. This company was called by my property manager to fix a leak. After 4 visits and 2 weeks of severe leaking in my garage they found the cause, or so I thought,& it stopped for a week. And now it’s returned worse than ever. This would be a 3 star review, if they didn’t leave my front lawn in complete disarray and then tell me it’s the property managers issue(of course the property manager doesn’t seem to care either so now the mess they left is my issue) They left a 150 pound bird feeder in 3 pieces all over my lawn, dug a massive hole, left huge roots exposed, then just left it like that. A Completely unprofessional and careless way to leave someone’s home. The end result was my lawn looking trashy as possible and a leak that persists. Call someone else

I CALLED AIR DESIGN AT 8AM TO REPORT A PROBLEM WITH MY A/C AT 9AM THEIR TECHNICIAN ROBERT WAS AT MT DOOR. ROBERT EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND WALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING. FAST AND RELIABLE SERVICE THANK YOU AIR DESIGN
