Guy came and sat in front of my house for 45 minutes before coming in then came In and turned on the heat and basically told us nothing was wrong with it and left I tried to explain that it comes on for a while then goes off and doesn’t come back on he told his boss nothing was wrong turns out my unit was overheating and could have started a fire something that he could have recognized in 10 minutes if he knew what he was doing also the unit had rust built up by the burners he said that was perfectly fine turns out that releases carbon monoxide fumes in the air he said that was normal in the end the whole unit needed to be replaced and not only that it was a fire hazard to keep running and he told me to keep it running for a couple days so he can figure out the problem so either he didn’t

My house was sweltering on the hottest days so far this year. Derek came over with his tools and checked out my thermostat, furnace, and outside unit. Turns out nothing was wrong with my system at all! It was just user error in using the old confusing thermostat. He reviewed it with me, set it for 75 degrees and in a couple of hours my home was cool again. Thank you so much for being thorough, professional, and more importantly honest.
