Don replaced our HVAC system and did a fantastic job. His communication is fast, clear, and thorough, answering all questions with expertise and patience. He's also punctual, courteous, skilled, and professional onsite, and he cleaned up the space nicely afterward. Don is great techinician and very knowledgeable but besides his labor he charged me twice as much the part to be replaced compare to the parts supply shop price. If you call him better you buy the part yourself!

Air Don was extremely responsive to my needs and did a great job at installing a new AC system in my house and fixing the work that a previous installer had done incorrectly. In addition his price was extremely competitive. In view of the heat waves that we had this summer I could feel completely secure in knowing that my AC system was efficient and kept us all very comfortable. And even though we keep our home at a pretty cool temperature, our costs this year were less than with our old system from previous years.
