John and his team was knowledgeable, patiently explained the issue with my pipes and even showed me the damage. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, everything works perfectly, and they were so professional and tidy. John degrace fixed a problem that a previous plumber messed up on! He truley saved us I trust him 100 percent. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends!

We had 5 pipes freeze during the weekend. Came home to water pouring from kitchen ceiling. We called John and he had a tech here in 10 minutes even though he was swamped with calls. They did emergency repairs and came back twice to make sure everything was good. He also helped with a remediation company to gut and dry out the house. Very professional and his technician took his time to make sure we were satisfied. Can’t say enough about their service. They helped make a real bad situation less stressful
