Philadelphia Office of the Attorney General Complaint Against Air Done Right – Deceptive Billing and Potential Senior Consumer Exploitation On January 24, 2026, we contacted Air Done Right to diagnose a malfunctioning boiler at our residence, as a major snowstorm was imminent and timely heat restoration was critical. This situation placed us in a particularly vulnerable position due to weather conditions and the urgency of the repair. Air Done Right dispatched a service technician, Jason, who, during the visit, stated that he was unable to diagnose the boiler issue and would need to contact technical support. Once again great and friendly service by Jason. He did a diagnostic test and check on our furnace and informed us that we need to a new one. Spoke with the owner on the phone who gave me the recommendation on the heater and a new AC. I am so appreciative of the professionalism and respect from this company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who would be in needed of their services.
