Air Duct Cleaning

This is a scam. Jeff Hayes, which I am sure it's not a real name, posted on a local Facebook group that he would like to offer his services as a local small business to the community at a great price. I like to use companies who are local so I decided to agree to have my dryer vents cleaned. At the time of the service which only lasted 8 minutes in total all the guy did was blow air in my dryer. They made so much mess, I was cleaning lint for an hour. Nothing was done. They wouldn't accept check as a payment and now I know why. Because they don't do any job and most likely people will just cancel the check. Well I paid with a card and after I inspected everything, looks like they did nothing but just created more mess. This company had someone stating they were a local business in my area looking for jobs to support his small family. We were given a price and on the day, two men (neither of which were the person from the original post). At the end of the job, the total was nearly 3X the original amount and then charged tax (in a state that there is no sales tax for services like this). I tried to report the charges through my CC, but they had an invoice with my signature on it saying that I accepted the charges, only to realize that they forged the invoice and the signature on it. Do NOT do business with this company!!!!

SCAM!!!! They will give you a quote that says "unlimited air duct cleaning" then keep adding extra charges for more things. The person who i comminicated with (over facebook) is not a real person. He said he just moved to the area, but the company is based in New Jersey. Two guys showed up that said they worked for the person I was in contact with - but couldn't prove to me that he actually existed. They were barely here for an hour and left me with a $600 bill (originally quoted at $220). They wouldn't accept a check, made me pay by card and charged a ridiculous tax. Shame on you!!

THIS IS A SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! BEWARE! Operates under many names. Posts in Facebook groups. Jobs like these take 2 to 3 hours or so. They were in and out in less than an hour. They were also 2.5 hours late, they said last job was taking longer than expected, Was quoted $250 ended up paying alot more. Left a mess throughout the entire house that I had to clean up. Definitely do your research and pay extra for a local professional company to come and do your vent cleaning. Remember how scamers call us all the time well now they come to our door step.

This is a scam. Do not use. Missed several vents, never used sanitizer, never inspected dryer vent or furnace. They bring in lots of long hoses and make lots of noise as if it's a vacuum but there was no container collecting the dust. Tried to upsell more services and tried to get me to pay cash. I paid by credit card and I am now disputing the charge. Save yourself the hassle and do not use them.
