Came by to tell me i need to buy a 5,000 dollar insert to make my fireplace safe. Didnt even get on the roof to inspect my fireplace or chimney. Didnt discuss other ways or options to make it safe which i now know of. Waste of 249.00 for an hour of vacuuming out my fireplace and telling me it wont work unless i spend outrageous money.
Knoledgeable, economical and experienced. He answered all of my questions. It took him over 2 hours to go thru everything in detail. He inspected every inch of my chimney, stove and even checked my wood dryness. This year, after many failed attempts to keep the mess to a minimum, I'm not going to clean the chimney myself again. This guy makes it look easy.
