Adi, the boss, is exceptionally professional. He has a fantastic team that knew exactly what to do. No haggling - all real and honest humans. No one was ever late. Everyone was polite and so understanding of our needs. Communication was superb with constant video and photo updates of each progress for the services we contracted. Most importantly, the results were AMAZING - worth every penny! Don't look anywhere else. We not only got our ducts and vents clean and replaced, we also got professional carpet cleaning. We called Air Duct Kings after we were scammed by another company (let’s call them company F because they get a failing grade). Company F claimed to have properly cleaned out our dryer vents and tubing in the attic , but we were getting a new error code that our flow sensing was blocked by 90%. We obviously could not use our dryer because this is a fire hazard and can damage the dryer. Company F said they could send the same team to re-service but I didn’t want the same people coming out because I did not trust them. The owner of Air Duct Kings, Adi, dealt with me personally as I explained what happened. His team, Benjamin and Juan, came out within a few hours and were very professional and courteous. Our son was having bad allergies. Duct Kings did duct cleaning, put a UV filter in, and cleaned our heating unit. It has been a couple of weeks now and our son is doing much better. Thank you.

Positives - were able to come the same day and the job was done correctly. Negative - wouldn't quote a price on the phone, charged $295 for a simple dryer vent cleaning! Other places quoted $150 on the phone. I feel like he took advantage of dealing with my wife in person instead of me.
