I was struggling to find someone to repair the oven on my Bertazzoni range. Luckily I was referred to Serge at SummitFix and I could not have been happier. Serge arrived the next day, right on time with 30 minutes notice of his arrival. He spent two hours going through the range, finding the parts needed and making sure everything that needed attention was fixable. He gave me a very detailed run down of what was needed, a very fair estimate of pricing and an ETA for parts to arrive. He checked back in with progress and updates on parts and managed to meet his original estimate on time. Once again returned on time and with an advance call. Repairs are complete and the range is like new. Final price was exactly what was estimated and approved. Clean, tidy, professional and very knowledgable.
