At first , Corey was quite sympathetic. He tested the old unit, explained what was the issue and laid out what needed to be done: replace the old unit and possibly more. He offered a price range: between $1800 and $3500 but he had to check first. Coming back a minute later, it was going to be $3500, all included. No other detail provided. He came back in the afternoon, unloaded the new unit and worked a couple of hours to install it. Only then i was able to see the model number and check online the price of this unit. To my big surprise, the unit (PA14NC03000G) sells for a little less than $900. One of the cheapest on the market. By then the work was done and the bill was being prepared. I indicated that i would expect the price to be reduced considering that those units cost 4 times less
