Dakota from Air Dynamics did a fantastic job when he came out to clean our air ducts. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on. He was also very respectful of our home and made sure everything was done properly before he left. It’s such a relief when you find a technician you can trust. We recently had Dakota provide duct cleaning for our home, he was very professional and considerate of us as he maneuvered through our home with the equipment required. He clearly explained and showed us the result of the cleaning. In addition, Max (also our biannual cleaning technician for many years who is always helpful and able to answer all our questions) was here to install an air scrubber, which was something we considered for a couple years, then decided to go ahead and get done! Max and Louis were great! Both extremely professional. Max inspected our furnace and is very knowledgeable, honest and very easy to work with. We felt very comfortable with them in our home. They cleaned our ducts, checked for air quality and sat to discuss our furnace and next steps were suggested with expert advise. We definately highly recommend!!

On Sunday, our furnace started acting finicky and wasn’t holding heat very well. I called Air Dynamics, and they promptly came out to address the issue. They sent a very knowledgeable technician who thoroughly explained what was going on and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. He mentioned we may need a new flame sensor, but he cleaned the existing one and had us back in good shape. A few days later, we decided to replace the flame sensor entirely, and once again Air Dynamics responded quickly and completed the work in a professional and diligent manner. Max was excellent, came out on an emergency call and was here quickly. Diagnosed the furnace and found the issue quickly. He was able to get a new motherboard the same day on a weekend after hours and get my furnace working that evening. I appreciate the excellent work and service, he was friendly and professional.
