I cannot recommend S&J Carpet Care enough! From the moment I called, the customer service was top-notch—friendly, responsive, and they scheduled me immediately. They arrived right on time, explained the entire cleaning process, and got to work. Our carpets look and feel like new again ! The pricing was extremely fair and I will be calling next year to schedule again. Thank you both very much ! This is definitely the way a business should be ran! I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kathy and Erik. After many, many years of using the same carpet cleaning company, the owner ended up retiring. I was very nervous to find a new family-owned company that would do amazing work as the previous company had done. After searching online I found S&J. Kathy was great to talk to on the phone and went through all of the details with me. I also found out that her and her husband are very good friends with the previous cleaning company that I used. S&J has been cleaning my carpets and rugs for 15 years. I wouldn’t use anyone else. They do a fantastic job every time and It’s easy to schedule my appointments. They are careful with our pets. This family owned small business are a pleasure to deal with. They are super hard working people who will get your carpets like new again. They are reasonably priced, show up on time, respectful of the home and are experts in their field.
