Travis S. was the service tech, and he was very polite and patiently answered my questions. He did a great job. There was one matter that came up, but he worked through it and tested the AC, making sure everything was working correctly before he left. Travis S. Just left my condo with my heat running perfectly! After looking at my thermostat, he showed me how it was not set the way I wanted.
