I cannot say enough great things about James and his team at Air Excel Heating and Cooling! My mother-in-law was about to get taken advantage of by another company (who quoted her an outrageous $20,000 to replace her condenser and air handler). Thankfully, I called James at 7:00 PM, and he immediately took the time to listen, assess the situation, and offer a fair solution. By the very next day, James and his crew had the new Rheem system installed, at about HALF the price of the other quote. They were professional, clean, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff. It’s rare to find a company with this level of honesty, responsiveness, and quality workmanship. This is an honest, down to earth, quality driven, service focused company vs their competitors who are sales oriented businesses. Truly a breath of fresh air!! They are a smaller business meaning you are serviced by a seasoned expert focused on getting things right as they should be without dealing with a low level employee who has been hired and trained to sell you a bunch of high dollar services that are unnecessary. My son used them first to correct a leak that other companies missed. Highly recommend and will continue to call on them if needed.

Duane was awesome he explained everything pretty well for us. He was very quick in doing the diagnose. Definitely recommend him. We will have him coming back out to fix the heater!
