We have dealt with many contractors over the years that can talk the talk but fail to deliver on the work they are contracted to do. How refreshing it is to finally meet a contractor, named Breakwater Construction, that spent less time talking about what they can deliver and more time actually getting the work done and ensuring that the work is high quality. We are extremely thrilled that we chose Breakwater to build our spa/pool, retaining wall, footer and screen enclosure. From start to finish, Breakwater was a dream to work with. They answered my inquiry within 24 hours and our first appointment with Sara was scheduled quickly. She walked us through the process, took all the measurements, and helped us design our beautiful pool based on our needs and desires. She responded quickly to any questions and concerns we had and provided us with a checklist of paperwork needed for permits. The crews were all so friendly, professional, hard-working, and polite. Our project manager checked in regularly, and coordinated the work crews to finish the pool earlier than expected. Designing and building a luxurious dream backyard is no joke! We spent over 6 months researching and vetting about 8 pool companies before signing a contract. Breakwater was one the first three on our list and through those many months, they were very friendly, professional and were always on top of communication. Chelsey was very helpful through the design process. Chip, Steve, Ben and the crew were great to work with through the build process. When unforeseen issues arose, they were quick to address the situation. There are so many things to deal with when building a pool and Breakwater Construction makes sure they are handled properly! If we ever build another pool, Breakwater will be there.
