Air Excellence was outstanding from start to finish. They came out right away, quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced our entire HVAC system efficiently. The team was professional, courteous, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I really appreciated their clear communication and responsiveness. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable and top-quality HVAC service!

Arrived 2 days after I called. No heat. Fixed it in a couple of hours. So far so good! Found it cheaper to buy their one year maintenance warranty and get a discount on labor and parts and supplies than to NOT buy the warranty. Expensive, but mostly due to the cost of the new Freon.

Once again, air excellence saved the day. O renter let us know that the heat wasn't working and we called to request service. The problem turned out to be more complicated than I am able to describe. They sent a technician out 4 hours later and restored the heat in about an hour. 5 stars seems too little! Many thanks!!!

Periodic maintenance. Arrived on time, very friendly and efficient. Listened to my concerns and found an issue that is likely the reason our cooling bills were so high this summer. Very good service and great people to work with

We decided to call Air Excellence after waiting for answers from our home warranty company. Rich stopped by our house within 2 hours and gave us some options for replacement of our 20 year old unit. I called Erika first thing the next morning and she had us scheduled for an HVAC replacement the next day. Marty and his crew showed up at 7:25am and were done with the install by 11:00. Everyone in this company is very professional and top notch and we couldn't be happier to have a working AC again!
