This is an excellent company that does what it says it will do. The crew arrived promptly at the promised time. They set to work immediately on the three tasks I had requested. I was impressed the owner came with the crew. He directed, supervised and approved their work as well as taking part in the service work himself. Air Flow Filter Service kept the work site clean and put everyting back into place. They took special pride in their work. They reconnected a loose air duct in my attic, cleaned my dryer vent and removed the lint from inside my dryer. They did an extremely thorough job of cleaning the coils in my HVAC unit. Air Flow made me wait 3 weeks before I could get their services, and afterward, it was no surprise why they were so booked out. They were exactly on time, brought everything to protect my furniture and electronics from the dust (which didn’t go everywhere, like I was expecting), and were absolutely delightful people with which to spend a few hours. There are no fly-by-nighters in this company – it’s a family operation from top to bottom.
