Great customer service. Efficient. Communicative. Professional. Had a drainage issue and Thomas went above and beyond to get it cleared up. Was most likely a plumbers job however he got it done! Awesome and respectful gentleman. Will be using Airforce for any further needs.

Had a bit of a rocky start to getting the replace ment of our evaporator coil scheduled, as I was out of town and had to corrinate with a neighbor to let them in. We both could have communicated better on getting the the job scheduled. But all in all they did a great job. Thomas always does a great job.

I didn't realize that my unit wasn't working until after 5 PM. So my call was probably after regular business hours. Regardless, the service technician was here within the hour. He checked out my unit, then explained everything to me that he was doing and the results. Even though it was late, he was not in a hurry to leave, ensuring that I understood everything. I was impressed with the service and highly recommend this company.

Very prompt and profesional service. Diagnosed problem and obtained and replaced EMC blower motor within about 24 hours! Excellent customer service provided by Loraine and excellent work performed by Thomas.

A little bit of a late start, but they came out where we live. It took two appointments because our unit was weird. I'm grateful that they installed a new thermostat, and the rate they charged, in my opinion, for the hours they put in, was very very low! I had to add a tip to make up for their troubles. The two guys they had coming to see the AC and repair the wire both were very patient and understanding that our many dogs were loud. Without a doubt, Air Force Heating and AC will be my first call from now on!
