Sears Appliance Repair

Jonathan was very professional and efficient!!! Also a great communicator. He kept me informed of his ETA as he had a beefed timeframe. My only disappointment was the inability to ever communicate with a human during the scheduling process. Only AU was available and the Ai did not fully comprehend the problem. That was very frustrating!!! But Jonathan was great!!!

Arrived on time, was knowledgeable and even checked prior work done by another technician and installed some screws that were not put back on prior service. He replaced the needed part and ran an empty load through the wash machine. That seems to have fixed the problem of leak, but will need to monitor that for a few days. Jonathan was also very friendly. I would recommend him.

After my home warrenty sent my claim to different contractor that never showed up, my claim got sent to Sears Appliance repair. I couldn't be happier. They showed up on time, when they said they would. Once the parts showed up, they returned timely to fix my washer. I am appreciative of Sears Appliance repair for their punctuality, professionalism, and knowledge of the repair needed.

Jonathan was very quick. He knew what he was doing. Very nice. Very polite. Ask questions knew what I was talking about. Ordered Parts came back out and it took him not even five minutes to put the new part in.. I would definitely recommend him to anybody that needs part repaired.

Service Tech was very curteous, personal and professional. Went through all of his checks to determine what and if there was a problem. Gave a concise and understanding diagnosis of what the problem was/may have been. I was very satisfied with his explanation and expertise. Completely satisfied with the final results. Outstanding job !
