Not sure who gave them five stars, but that won’t be the case here. Had a problem with my heating unit, pilot light went out. Joe came and tried few things,including cleaning few parts. In the end, he said he needed to replace a copper wire (cost -$203). Unit worked for two weeks. 11/13 while at work unit went on the whole day, but no heat provided. Called service after 6 p.m. to send someone over. Alex (Newburg) came in about 8 p.m ...he re-lit the pilot light after checking parts to make sure they work. It lasted less than 24 hrs. I’m back to no heat now, out over $350, had a part replaced which in my opinion needed no replacing as I still have the same problem.It seems to me that they don’t know what they are doing.
