The technician was fantastic. Jason was absolutely amazing. He explained everything he was doing and why, he also took the time to explain how our system even works and how the different parts could be causing the issue. Pricing was very fair. Service was top tier and I would highly recommend this company!

Have been a customer for several years. We have missed a few years of maintenance so was not surprised when we had our AC stop working recently. Technician came out and basically told us our unit was just dirty and needed cleaned. Had another HVAC company come and told us the unit was just not that dirty and it would not be causing these problems. We were told by Air Master over $900 to clean it which included having to cut and remove pipes infront of the panel cover because they could not remove panel otherwise. Weird because they installed the unit. My husband was able to get it off relatively easy without cutting and removing any pipes. Upon inspecting, my husband noticed they nicked 2 wires and bare copper was exposed. Also, found out after a little looking that it was the relay causin

Very happy with our experience(s) over the years! Helped us on the same day we called every time. They've replaced our entire unit and offered a great service warranty too! They come out twice a year for seasonal service to keep us running comfortably year round. They remembered us and the work they performed each time they've come out. Helpful, honest and respectful. I have been having trouble with my Hvac and have called them 5 times and never got a call back. I even e-mailed them and still nothing. I bought my unit 8 yrs ago from them and still no return calls.

My first experience with Air Master was phenomenal. My serviceman, Chris, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and fixed issues that my last company left behind. He really took his time gathering all the details of my system and servicing it, like it was his own or that of his family. He is a very good representative for the company and the scheduling process to have my tune up completed was easy as well. I signed up for the maintenance agreement because after today's service, I can't imagine using anyone else!
