Recently I bought a flipped home that used this company to install the HVAC unit. Had a tech come out with a county inspector and he said he would help us. I called on a Saturday to see if my home had made it on to the schedule...only to later be chewed out stating "What do you think your doing calling the emergency line?" and "Why are you bothering me on the weekend". I explained I was not mad or trying to be pushy but more just curious to see if we had a date so I could plan out my work week. Then I was told "You get what you paid for" and "I don't need to help you". Please avoid this company at all costs.

Please do not use this company after calling for two weeks, I finally got a call back from who I think was a technician. He basically said we don’t service Ryan homes call someone else. I am not under warranty and just needed my unit fixed. As a new customer you would expect a company to value your business. I called back to speak with a manager and the call center person repeatedly said she didn’t know anything and she just answered the phones. The place is unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could give a zero I would.

I’ve called for a whole WEEK trying to get any technician to call me back to have someone come look at our AC unit that’s not working. They’re the contractor Ryan Homes used so I’m forced to use them for our warranty. NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK. The call center man is rude and basically said there’s nothing he can do about it. TERRIBLE company.

If I could give a zero I would. We have been waiting three days for a call back for service. I will definitely be posting this everywhere and notifying Ryan Homes of the type of contractors they are using
