We can’t say enough good things about Air Max. They’ve been out to our home three times since December working diligently to help remedy an ongoing furnace issue. Each visit, they were right on time, extremely knowledgeable, and always respectful of our home and family. They took the time to explain our options clearly and never pressured us, even when it ultimately became clear that a new furnace was the safest and best solution. Their honesty, professionalism, and patience through the entire process gave us so much peace of mind.

Recently we bought a 20-year-old home and decided to have the furnace and AC replaced. I did some research and found 3 dealer/installers for bids, also checked Consumer Reposts for brand recommendations. Consumer Reports showed that Trane was the best brand available. Of the 3 estimates I received Air Max was the lowest, not only the lowest but also a Trane dealer. Air Max was the obvious choice for the installation. Based on all the information, I had high expectations of Air Max and I was not disappointed! All facets of the installation went smoothly and on schedule. The installers were professional, did an excellent job of explaining what they were doing, and the quality of their work was exceptional.
