Bertram Electric Inc

Bertram Electric (shout out Brian and Jeremy) exceeded all my expectations! It was a pleasure designing the electric in my new home because they asked me what I wanted to fit my needs and also told me what fixtures to purchase on my own. They worked with my power company and when I had an issue, they came out same-day to resolve it. For such an extensive project (whole home with garage and barnyard) they made sure everything was completed with high quality outcomes. I would definitely recommend!

They had to come twice. The first people who came didn't listen to me well and their fix for the problem ended up not lasting. The second person to come named Nick was fantastic and listened. The issue that was previously brushed off ended up being the solution for the main problem. He found an outlet that was melting from the back and saved my family from a likely fire! If the first two that came had investigated the my concern properly then it would have been fixed correctly so they get a 4/5 because Nick was awesome.

We had an issue with our electrical panel and Bertram was very quick to respond. They were very friendly and professional. We would definitely use them again in the future.

They do a great job, going above and beyond the call of duty with scheduling, and they even repositioned some electrical equipment because they knew I’d want it that way, without asking. A+++
