What first brought me to Air-Max about 15 years ago was me desperately seeking (from many) a solution to a parts shortage (at my then HVAC repair service), and an employee at Air-Max showing concern and kindness, researching the problem, trying to help. Next time, I called Air-Max. I've been happy with them ever since, but recently I was again impressed with their integrity, fairness (They never tried to oversell!), & going above and beyond to help me. Especially Brandon, their Service Manager, has earned my respect and appreciation! Actually, all of the administrative staff and service repair people have been great!

Mike the owner and Chris the service manager took care of an issue i had in my new home. The builder used Cool Connections to install the AC and they could never fix the issue with their installation. Called AirMax and they diagnosed the issue quickly, and had it repaired quickly and at a fair price. I also used them twice to replace units on my commercial property and it's been great. Matt Taylor was my sales guy and he was very personable, and I felt confident he wasn't trying to upsell me on something I didn't need. He was in constant contact with me during the ordering, and scheduling process. The guys who did the install were courteous and helpful. Richard showed me how to program the new thermostat. They answered all my questions. I would highly recommend the Air Max team.
